After your loan has been disbursed, you may cancel the loan within 3 calendar days from the date of disbursement. This is referred to as the “Free Look Period”.
If you choose to cancel the loan during the Free Look Period, you must repay the entire disbursed amount received in your bank account.
Any processing fees, service charges, convenience fees, or administrative deductions are non-refundable. These charges are clearly disclosed and accepted before loan confirmation.
In case of duplicate transactions, please notify us immediately. After verification, excess amounts will be refunded within 7–10 business days.
Once your cancellation request is processed, a confirmation email will be sent containing full transaction and repayment details for your records.
