Please read these Terms carefully before accessing or using SalaryKart services.

By using SalaryKart, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue usage immediately.

1. Overview of Agreement

This Agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between you (“Customer” / “End-User”) and SalaryKart (“Company”). It governs loan facilitation services, IT services, consultancy services, manpower services, and related offerings.

2. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information. Submission of false, misleading, or outdated information may result in account suspension or permanent termination.

3. Loan Terms & Repayment Obligations

All loan conditions including interest rates, repayment schedule, and penalties are defined in the Loan Contract executed with the lender.

You remain liable for the full Outstanding Sum (principal, interest, and applicable charges) until complete repayment.

4. Prohibited Conduct

  • Engaging in illegal or fraudulent activities
  • Uploading malicious or harmful software
  • Sending spam or unsolicited communications
  • Attempting to breach platform security
  • Unauthorized reproduction of platform content

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All trademarks, content, platform design, and intellectual property remain the exclusive property of SalaryKart. Unauthorized usage may result in legal action.

6. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

SalaryKart shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service interruptions or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

7. Termination

SalaryKart reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for violations of these Terms. Outstanding financial obligations remain payable even after termination.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Jurisdiction shall lie exclusively with the courts of Delhi.
