Once approved, refunds will be initiated within 7 business days and credited to the original payment method.
Any processing fees, service charges, convenience fees, or administrative deductions are non-refundable. These charges are clearly disclosed and accepted before confirmation.
In case of duplicate transactions, please notify us immediately. After verification, excess amounts will be refunded within 7–10 business days.
